Our latest update, Frame Set 3.1, is focused on making the core of your creative development process faster and more fluid to help you maintain that momentum. We know a crucial part of the journey is finding the perfect visual references through search, and with this update, we've refined that experience to help you stay in your creative flow.

This update is a direct result of your feedback, focusing on two key areas that impact your daily workflow: the speed at which you can find what you're looking for, and the frustration of losing your place while you explore. Let's dive into the improvements.

A Faster, More Responsive Search

‍

We’ve heard from many of you that the speed of search is critical. When you're deep in creative thought, the last thing you want is to be slowed down by loading times. A faster, more responsive search means you can find inspiration more quickly and test out more ideas without losing momentum.

With that in mind, we're happy to share that search is now dramatically faster across the entire site. On average, searches are now up to four times faster, dropping from 3-4 seconds down to under one second to load. This applies to similar searches, text searches, and credit searches.

What does this mean for you? It means less waiting and more creating. It means you can run more queries, follow your creative curiosity without friction, and get to those perfect reference frames more efficiently. A faster search experience keeps you in the flow, allowing you to move around the application and discover inspiration without interruption.

Smarter Navigation: Never Lose Your Place

Another point of feedback we focused on was the frustration of losing your place while navigating. We've all been there: you scroll deep into search results, click into a credit, run a new search, and then hit the 'back' button only to find yourself back at the very top of the previous page, your context completely lost.

‍

We’re excited to introduce what we call Positional Awareness to solve this. In practice, this means Frame Set now intelligently remembers your context.

Imagine this: you scroll deep into your search results, click into a credit, scroll again, run a similar search on a specific frame, apply a filter, and then add that frame to a Project. Now, as you navigate back, Frame Set will take you back through each of those steps, preserving your exact scroll position and filters on each page. You’ll land exactly where you left off, every single time.

This creates a more seamless and intuitive workflow, removing the mental overhead of having to re-scroll and re-filter. It allows you to explore freely, knowing you can always find your way back to a previous point of inspiration.
